In the SubwayI didn’t know what to do with myself so I went into the subway, descended the stairs into the guts of the city to listen to its movement. I sat on a plastic bench on the platform and watched the trains run by, the countless number of people getting in and out on their way to somewhere else; everyone traveling except me. A sense of urgency and a touch of temporary all around, and I could not help the feeling of being stuck overtaking me; but I suppose that was nothing new.

259/365. Taking a walk in my hometown. I love this place and I’ve spent countless hours here when I was young. We had this huge forest directly in front of our place and I would play there and draw treasure maps. I couldn’t imagine growing up back then.. and now I can’t imagine being that young and innocent again.

Ghost Box Pt. 4 #1 - Dancer Lindsey Renee Derry collaborated with me on improvised movement based on a short series of instructions and limitations I provided. The image is a single long exposure, no post-processing montage, combining both constant light with a multi-flash setup allowing me to freeze motion at various moments as needed.
